Week #8 Feb 28th to March 6th - Timeline and finalization of proposal report

I created the timeline for the website. Updated weekly adjustments to the website. Realized after making the timeline that we may be in a bit more of a time crunch than previously thought. Definietly will make an effort to catch up on things and get a head start on creating the HMI CAN display.
