Week #7 - February 23rd to 27th - Comprehensive Report edits

A shorter week due to the discussion meeting with Dr. Ejaz being delayed due to event at the college. I have read most of the Python book. The entire proposal report was read over and edits were done based on what was found and what was discussed in the week prior with Dr. Ejaz. Some of the major changes included to replace the images of the tables on the report to be the actual tables. References were edited as well. A new proposed budget had to be made because the original was never a table format. I wrote a conclusion for chapter 4. The references page is now uploaded and available for download on the website. Likewise, a PDF version of the proposal report is uploaded to the website now.
