Week #15 - April 2nd to April 8th - Project Construction

I updated the website to reflect the Project, and no longer proposal tasks. Made a new Progress time and effort log to report time and effor on the actual project portion. I also received a sim card and new modem in the mail to utilize for the cellular part of the device when we get to that stage. The original modem purchased did not have the features that we think we will need from the original plan.
The new modem is a USB device that should be able to easily upgrade as the technology changes in the future instead of relyin on hardware what is build into the device.
